New Album Out Now - Beautiful & Wild
Award winning rock guitarist creating soulful songs with popular appeal. Living on the California central coast, Josh is a multi-instrumentalist, writing and producing all of his records.
Growing up in a musical family, Josh picked up the guitar at the age of fourteen and started performing live at sixteen. Josh grew up in a musical household saturated in jazz. His grandfather was a session trumpet player in the St. Louis area, playing with every artist that came through - including The Rat Pack and Elvis. His father followed in his footsteps, playing trumpet and passing that along to Josh and his siblings. While his mother is not a musician, she says she "plays the radio" and Josh owes his rock/pop influences to her because of it. At fourteen, he became interested in guitar and taught himself how to play. By sixteen, he was writing original music and booking live performances.
Making a full-time living as a bar/lounge cover artist, in recent years Josh has gained traction as an original artist. With eight self produced studio albums and two live albums, he continues to grow his audience through the live show. Reading his fans intuitively, he connects the crowd through relatable lyrics, high-energy grooves, soulful ballads, and unique mash-ups of popular songs with his own flare.
With the faces of new and familiar fans, it's a listening room when Josh performs, never just background noise. Embracing his authentic stories, guitar mastery, and eccentricities, the audience requests his original music, told with conviction through beautiful lyrics and powerful voice.
Josh believes every performance should be as musically spontaneous as possible while keeping the original foundation of each song alive. This assures that every show is a signature performance, keeping audiences engaged and following Josh to the next time he takes the stage.

"The album is a collection of songs that dance between life-long love, the relatable struggles of self worth, the hypocrisies of life within the state of the current times and thoughts of peace that fuel the engine of hope. The recurring themes of “coming together” and “believing in yourself” are the mantras of the album - where even amidst the decline of accountability in today's world, we have to continue to remind ourselves that there is love all around us that is always worth fighting for.”
